Help! (simple question, probably)

I'm trying to install my new CM hyper 212 on my P67A-Gd55, but the arm that locks the CPU in the way seems to be getting in the way of the baseplate. How do I attach the 212? I know it's possible, I've seen one on this mobo... I just can't get it on

As seen in the video the baseplate goes on the back of the motherboard ,NOT the face or front.
