Gainward GTX 670 Phantom II or ASUS GTX 680

First i went for the 680 but then i found this card
that seems faster and alot cheaper.

So i need you opinion.

  1. I'd go for the gainward GTX 670. It will not be faster, but it's significantly cheaper and the performance drop will not be really noticeable (around 3-5%).

  3. If you are gaming on a single monitor at 1920x1080, I would suggest this card, it's a bit faster than reference GTX 680's in most games while being $100 cheaper.

  5. The GTX680 will be stronger than a GTX670, based on more CUDA cores, 1536 vs. 1344, all other things being equal.

    But the difference is really not large enough to warrant the 21% price difference. If you are gaming on a single monitor, the GTX670 is a much better value.

    Also, many card vendors will bin their chips, and select the best ones for factory overclocked models, and charge a small price premium.
