Need Cingular Nokia 6620 MMC Card Files

Two days ago, I received my Nokia 6620 from Cingular Wireless. The
phone rocks; there are no two ways about it.

However, after testing the camera functionality at length, I had a
couple hundred pics on the card that I wanted to toss. The fastest
way to do so was to just reformat the memory card.

What Nokia and Cingular both failed to mention is that the premium
software included on the phone is shipped by Nokia stored on the CARD
and not on the PHONE. This has made me quite unhappy. Reformatting a
memory card is a common practice, and they didn't include a single
warning anywhere stating that the phone had a large amount of its
software card-installed.

If someone has a North American Cingular Nokia 6620 cell phone, I'm
desperately in search of a copy of the shipping files on the card.
Cingular's technical support was of absolutely no help -- it took me
over two hours to explain to two levels of technical support that the
6620 had a memory card separate from the SIM card, and Nokia told me
to talk to Cingular.

If anyone can PLEASE help me restore my phone to shipping specs, I
would most definitely appreciate it.
