New gaming pc comments /suggestions

originally posted in system forum not new build. In the next two weeks tops I plan on Replacing a 7 year old rig with a new gaming build. Looking to play and max out current and upcoming titles like Diablo 3 , Guild Wars 2, WoW mist of pandaria, etc. Never did any overclocking with last build as i was afraid of messing it up might do a little with this one if needed and may run sli if i can find a second gpu on sale in the next month or two. heres the parts list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/h1xd trying to stay under 1400 but dont want to have to do any major upgrading anytime soon. any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!
