I'm a first time builder and I want to know if I do everything right will everything work. And if the power supply has enough wattage.
Here are the parts:

This is obviously a budget build, but there is at least one thing you must change; that's the PSU-shaped object. Raidmax is among the worst you can buy. Choose a PSU with some level of 80+ certification; not for the efficiency so much but that it was tested at 100% of its label. Cheap junk like the Raidmax are good for perhaps 60% of their label, and that not cleanly. They lack filtering and protection circuits, so they can die on a whim, and often take attached parts with them into the fiery abyss.
I would also recommend getting a slightly better mobo, with USB3.0 and SATA 6Gb/s. Finally, the WD Blue drive has a mere two year warranty. I'd suggest a WD Black drive; most (but not all, so check) still have five year warranties.
I'm assuming this computer will not be used to play games, as there is no video card. If you do want to play games, the absolute bottom-budget card to get is a GDDR5 version of the HD6670 for ~$75-$85, but really you'd probably want to spend a little more.
