Wddm compatible driver for windows 7 64bit download

hi there,
i have dell inspiron 15r 5010 win 7 and i mistakely uninstalled the video card driver, so the aero effects are gone, and when i try to install the driver( AMD Raedon or sth) it says it is not compatible..and i have to install a WDDM compatible video driver..plx help me which driver should i install..

Once there, you can either input the service tag from your computer or automatically detect it for you. After that, it should find video drivers or display drivers for your computer.
