I have a P3 700 machine running on a Soyo Mobo with the Via 693A chipset (Via Apollo Pro133 I believe). When I put my PC133 256MB DIMMs in it, it only reads them as 128MB. I want to upgrade this thing using CAS2 256MB DIMMs, but what kind of RAM do I need to look for so it will be read as the full 256MB? Is it in the 32x64 number? Please Help!!

Try using the memory finder at crucial.com, then look at the specs of the RAM they list and buy your RAM whereever you like. They are a good company however.

Yeah, if you know your Mobo, you will get a list of RAM that is pretty much guaranteed to work.
