I know Warcraft isnt a very demanding game so Im looking for a cheap build to use for this game ONLY. Not intending on playing any other games nor do I want to upgrade this computer later. So the cheaper the better. The only thing I really want to do is run max graphics settings. Game requirements are below. Budget is around 600. Thanks in advance for your help.

Operating System Windows 7 64-bit with latest service pack
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz, AMD Athlon 64 X2 2.6GHz or better
Video NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or better
Memory 4 GB RAM
Input Multi-button mouse with scroll wheel

Okay, well since no one hasn't posted yet, let me give it a shot. Please feel free to correct me if I made incompatibility issues.
Also, I'm gonna assume you meant dollars in your post, since you didn't give a currency.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition $109.99
Mobo: ASRock 970 EXTREME4 AM3+ $99.99
XFX Double D HD-687A-ZDFC Radeon HD 6870 179.99
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) $24.99
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB $69.99
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W $69.99
Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming USB 3.0 $49.99

Total: $604.93

This should be more than enough to max out WoW.

Just about anything runs wow. The problem with WoW is that it is more network dependent, so crappy internet connection means crappy WoW. I run a ATI HD4600 with a Intel Q8300 and 6 gigs of ram. But I get 90fps and silky smooth response because I live literally about 5 blocks away from Blizzards Khaz Modan server. my pings average about 8ms.
