I have MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III, what should i build

Hi
i have this GPU " MSI R6950 Twin Frozr III ", i have about 700$ to build the rest (including the monitor, basically everything except mouse keyboard headset).

the games i'm willing to play are dota 2, BF 3, COD BO 2, Skyrim, i do want to play them in ultra quality but i'm okay with high also, i've heard so many good things about i5 series for gaming and i'm willing to get one of those like i5 3470, what spec would you advice me to build for a mid term PC, i mean i'll change it in 2 years max

If you not going to overclock then get i5 3470 or going to overclock then i5 3570k.Both will handle games at max for next 2years.

yeah i think i'll get the 3470, it means i get to buy a cheaper mother board though, doesn't it? please do recommend one, and what kind of monitor i should get

For mobo get asus or gigabyte b75 d3h mobo.i does not know much about monitor available in us but get led at 1920 * 1080p.

I found a b75MA-E33 at a good price, is that gonna work fine?
