Is my onboard audio better than this Xonor?

I just bought TekNmotion's TM-YB100A Yapster Universal Gaming Headset.

The problem is they aren't loud at all. I've turned every volume control I can find to maximum and it's simply quiet. Here is the motherboard who's on-board audio I use

I am thinking that this Xonor DG 5.1 sound card will fix all my problems.

Oh yea, this inline amplifier by Tutle Beach - The Ear Force DSS2, has been a recommend option too.
