Replacing keyboard for Toshiba L755D-S7226

Hello,
I purchased a replacement keyboard for my laptop but after installation only the first two rows of keys work. is there a sequence to installing the new keyboard or might something else be wrong?

I own a laptop repair company...send it back its faulty...

Thats assuming you put the ribbon cable in STRAIGHT and LOCKED IT DOWN with the little clip...?
