MotherBoard: AsRock H77M
RAM: G.Skill 8GB (2x4GB) Dual Kit Ripjaws DDR3

What wattage will i need then?

Is it a good gaming build?

Are all the parts compatable?

1: for the video card, id upgrade to a xfx 7870 for 229.99 after MIR at us.ncix
2:id get a antec 302 case but the 690 ii is still ok
