Here are a few things I would change.
First get a 750w psu the corsair hx750 is a very good one or you could get the corsair tx750.
Second I would go with a different gpu much better options at that price range. Get a hd 7870 or if you want to stay with nvidia get a 660 ti.
gigabyte hd 7870 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
msi 660 ti http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
The i5 3570k is a better cpu for this build I would get it over the i5 2500k.
Last you need a cpu cooler get the cm hyper 212 evo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Here's a better build with a more powerful GPU that uses less power, and a more reasonable PSU.

Also that ssd is a little small. You need a 128gb ssd so you can put your os and games on it. This is a good one and not much more ocz vertex 4 128gb $90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
