Can the HD 6850 work with my motherboard?

Yes, it should work fine, make sure you have a psu that will be powerful enough for the card, and a case that can fit it, otherwise, you should be good to go

the 2 things that are slightly more important would be information on the case size and psu in question, as almost all mobos in the past few years usually have a PCI-E slot.
