7970 ?

ok nvm i was going with the 7970 sapphire or the gigabyte but i just really want to go with one of the xfx because its life time warranty is it worth it going xfx ? do they overclock about the same ? are they really that laud compered to sapphire/gig ? does any one have the xfx noise level benchmark, i also just want to oc the card to about 1200.

If it's a Radeon card, I'd usually go for Sapphire over XFX.
The lifetime warranty is going to be much of a help, unless you're the type that constantly upgrades.

The life time warranty does not apply when the product is phased out. I don't usually keep
card for more than 2 years anyway so it really does not matter what brand you go for.

yea thing is i'm going cf 7970 and i think i really don't need to upgrade for about 5years, sapphire only has 2 years and the 7970 gigabyte has 3 years according to newegg.

sapphire comes with a display adapter gigabyte doesn't . because its for 5670x1080 res going for 1 card each month so i want to be able the use 1 card next month *
