I'm sure you could find a "similar" pre-built, for the same price. It will, however, probably incorporate the cheapest possible components, to last the warranty period. For instance, it would be "unlikely" to include a Corsair power supply (or anything nearly as good).
One small point on your build. If you can get and i5-3450, or i5-3550, for a similar price, to the 2400, I would suggest swapping. Not a HUGE difference, but slightly better performance, and features, plus more "up to date". Not worth a large price premium, but if similar price.....

You wont find a pre-made PC equal to this. Mainly, if you are buying a $800 computer, you are most likely paying 20% for the brand of the PC and the rest for the parts. (Atleast thats how I think it goes.)
