Will this CPU fit my mobo with the ram?

Hi guys, I'm new around here and just had a quick question about an addition/replacement for stock heat sink in a new build. This is a full tower so I don't think that would be much of an issue but I was wondering if I would have room on my mobo with 2 sticks of ram.

Do you guys think the

would fit with two sticks of that RAM in it?

Well I already have the other ram which I recently purchased and I like having 8g sticks so I could go to 32gb in the future if I ever want to. I was just wondering if that cooler would work with what I have if the RAM is on the farthest two slots. I know it's a HUGE cooler and I'm pretty sure the case isn't a problem.

Ah, ok thanks for that heads up. Even though this will be my 2nd build and I've upgraded computers tons of times, I've always used 4 sticks of ram and didn't know that lol. I feel kind of dumb now but it's good to know. So watching that vid, it seems like I should be able to make it work I suppose.

I use the Noctua NH-D14, and went for the low voltage ram (Kingston Genesis). Its also low profile.
I'd suggest you go for Low Profile RAM, it makes it easier to replace/add ram without disturbing the cooler.
