No "sleep" button

Hello,When I go to shut down Windows 8 there is no "Sleep" button, only "Shut Down" & "Restart"
I recently upgraded from Vista, where I could easily go to sleep with a dedicated keyboard key, which now seems to shut me down, or, sometimes, restart

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do.

There you can enable sleep to occur when one of the assigned buttons is prressed.
