CPU getting too cold?

So, recently I bought an aftermarket CPU heatsink (Hyper 212) so I could overclock more. It works fine, but I think when idling it gets TOO cold, I had to leave the house for a few hours so I left Fred (My PC's name) on to download some steam games. When I came back, it was 37* F (3C). Is this too cold? I'm worried for my shiny new CPU

No such thing as too low lol...not unless you live outside in the Arctic...
