I am buying a new pc, and thinking about possibly swapping out the graphics card for my old one.

From what I understand, my old one had some really amazing benchmarks that top alot of modern graphics cards.

New pc: GTX 560 (not Ti),
Old pc: XFX 5850 Black Edition

If the 5850 is better, does it need a more powerful PSU or anything?

GTX 560 is better but not by much. The upgrade isn't worth it.

I am already getting the computer, I was just wondering if I should pop my old GFX card into it. Thanks for the answer!

If you are getting a new computer and it has the GTX560, then keep the GTX560 in there. As mentioned it will be slightly better.

That seems strange to me. I can't compare benchmarks because dx11 wasn't out when the Cypress Pro was released,
but a game I was playing said "recommended: GTX560 or HD5850", and the cypress pro is a MUCH stronger 5850
