Crossfire lag and plan LAG

Hi, every time i play game any game it has 15 to 26 fps and its killing me and my system is just slow, heres my specs
Amd Phenom ii x6 1035t @ 2.6Ghz
HIS Radeon hd 6870 x2 crossfired (not OC)
Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling System
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherbaord
Kingston HyperX blu 8gb 1333 ddr3
G.SKILL NS 4gb 1333 ddr3
Seagate Barracuda ST31000524AS 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache HardDrive
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply 80 plus bronze
Please help i didn't overlock anything i re installed drivers for my graphics card i checked if anything is being under volted and it seems everything is fine. Please help i have so much lag.

By lag I presume you mean that the frame rate stutters occasionally when gaming. My first thought would be that you are experiencing "micro-stutter". That is notorious with mid range AMD cards when used in a 2 card crossfire arrangement.

See if disabling CF or removing one card makes a difference. If so, you've found the problem. If not, try cleaning your system of resource wasting junk and registry errors with something like CCleaner. http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
