Hey, I am trying to find a used card on ebay. I am looking at the radeon hd 4850, but I have also seen some quandro fx 3700 sell for $30. I heard that the quandro is an underclocked 8800gt, which will be fine for some games. Also, I saw a quandro fx 1800 sell for $30. Most likely I will use my pc for gaming, sony vegas, and photoshop. Should I get the radeon hd 4850, 8800 gt, quandro fx 3700 or the quandro fx 1800.

The 8800 GT is a five year old mid range card. It was a monster in its day, but it is really weak by today's standards. Also, Quadro cards aren't good for gaming. You shouldn't even be looking at them.

Finally, I think your expectations on what you can get for $30 are pretty unrealistic. The 4850 sells for three times that, and anything you can get for $30 is going to be garbage.
