Average i5 3570k w/ Hyper 212+ temps?

Hey guys, I was wondering if my temps are normal.

CPU: i5 3570k; Everything Stock
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+, push using stock fan, stock thermal paste.
Fan Setup: Two Intake, one Exhaust
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 Windowed
GPU: MSI GTX 660ti

Idle: 35c
Load (Prime 95, small FFT): 70c
GPU Idle: 30c
GPU Load (Furmark; 1920 x 1080, no AA): 75c

Ambient Temp: somewhere around 18c - 21c (Canada)

CPU: Around 51c
GPU: Around 65c - 70c

Thanks for the verification, seeing ridiculous temperatures on Newegg reviews, great reminder for myself to take them with a grain of salt..

My friend gets 28C idle with no overclocks, stock thermal paste, terrible airflow(two fans right next to each other at the back of the case).

But your temps are still ok, nothing to be worried about.

the idle temps arent the temps u should be worried about more load temps that should count.

If I were to have my browser not running, I would get around 30c idle.

My definition of idle would be my fans undervolted and multiple tabs open in chrome.
