Stay with Amd A10 5800k Or get FX 4300?

I am currently using the AMD A10 5800k APU as a CPU cause i have disable the iGPU (got a HIS HD 7770 From a friend)

I was thinking about returning the APU/Mobo for AM3+ Mobo and a FX 4300.
Is that a good idead? from reading online it seems the CPUs trade blows about the same

If anyone have any suggestions it would be great (Budget 200 for CPU/Mobo)

yes deffintley send back ur fm2 and trininty cpu. get an am3+ and a vishera cpu. they perform better, and u can upgrade to steamroller. there will be steamroller apus to but there not goign to be as strong as the am3+ versions. you have a dedicated gpu so no point in having fm2. fm2 is only for minor gaming its not the peformance spectrum

I don't think the performance upgrade is good enough to warrant the change.... unless you already have an buyer for your current MB and CPU. Maybe you should wait for the A10-6800k and see if it can CrossFire with the 7750-70. Here are the RUMOR/Preliminary specs for the chip.

that sounds like a bad and not performance oriented idea, the fm2 socket isnt made for gaming but for htpcs.

he will see alot better performance with that.

also crossfiring 7700 isnt worth it.

were talking about avaible products not futuristic ones that arent even out.

i think i am gonna return it and get the fx 4300 + AM3 mobo (more CPU Choices) and returning will be easy because i still have 5 days for full refund on amazon.

Am not planning to CF 2 7770s, if am a buying my own Card i would get at least an 7850/660

that boards alright, but i find the asus board is of better quality and isnt as finicky with the memory choices.

it is fine for gaming, ultra high settings no.... Just go for the 6300 FX, its a great cpu. for gaming its great and affordable. no need to have crazy high Clock frequencies

hey freestyling o recommanded the other board since the asrock 970 doesnt natively support ddr3 1600mhz. thats why i recommanded the other board, but we, its up to u.

yeah am a pick up the Asus cause i have 8 gigs of 1866mhz

The fx should go well with my Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus push pull set up

yes, put everything in original package and use giant scotch tape the type ups uses.

and make shur everything is sealed and air tight thats how i do it.
