Get an SSD

I wouldn't recommend against an ssd but I don't have one and my PC boots in under a minute. Also the 670 is a really good card and it makes sense if you get it, so this is just a suggestion. A 7970 ghz edition. It is about as strong as a 680 and about $50 cheaper.
