PCI Modem compatibility?

Hi, my current motherboard is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130639 and I just recently found a PCI modem from an older build of my friend's, Conexant RD01-D850. I was wondering if these are compatible because I am completely dumb when it comes to PCI slots because I don't really have a reason to ever touch them. Someone explain to me about these two/How to find the right PCi to begin with..?

If its PCI card then i am sorry you cannot run that or any other PCI card as there is no PCI card slot present in your Board. You have only two slots.
1. PCIe 1.0
2. PCIe 3.0
