Upgrading graphics in Dell Inspiron 518 with $40 budget

Hi, I have recently sold my desktop and acquired an older desktop, (Dell Inspiron 518),

with a 300W switchable power supply (110/220V~ 7.0/4.0A, 50/60 Hz) & I am wanting to play World of Warcraft on this pc.

WOW specs - http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/minimum-system-requirements-for-world-of-warcraft

I have limited funds for a video card and really dont want to upgrade the power suply, atleast not right now. I have never performed a Video card upgrade/install & need some advice. Will any of the cards below work well with WOW? ( I just want to get by in the game).

Will they work with my PC? I will list them in order of Price as that is a main concern right now, unfortunately.

1. SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP

2. PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 1GBK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready

3. SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

* I will not be overclocking
* I am using a HP w2338h HDMI monitor - http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&dlc=en&docname=c01604006&lc=en&product=3770742

I am really looking hard at the Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 as it is on a 1 day special today from newegg for $14.99. How would this card work out?

Which, if any would be my best option?

  1. None of those cards would seem ideal for gaming, even for at low settings. I might pay a bit more to get at least a HD 5570 or a HD 6570.
    HD 6570
  2. I would not go lower than HD 6670 for world of warcraft to be honest.
