i been having an issue with windows taking for ever to boot up tonight..i ran safe mode fine but in safe mode with networking back to the forever boot-up times. i ran safe mode again and disabled all start up items now its fine...whats going on? driver?network?

I think i narrowed it down to an error The network list service depends on the network location awareness service which failed to start because of the following error: The dependency service or group failed to start
