Suitable power supply for gaming build

I've finally finished researching all the parts for my build, the only aspect I'm a bit sketchy on is the power. I do wan't it to be quiet, which is the main reason I've gotten the one I did but is it really that much quieter?

Also I'm wondering how much of a difference the "rating" on the power makes, from bronze to gold.

This is the build:
CPU: Intel i5 3570K
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
HDD: WD Caviar black 1TB
DVD drive: Samsung 22x Black internal DVDRW
RAM: GSkill DDR3 16GB (4x4) PC-17000/2133 [RipjawsZ] F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH
GPU: Asus Nvidia GTX 670 DCii
Network card: TP-Link TL-WDN4800
Case: Thermaltake Black overseer RX-I
OS: Windows 7 premium 64-bit OEM
Monitor: Benqd 22' GL2250 Black LED
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG 5.1 PCI

The PSU I was going to get was the Coolmaster Silent pro gold M800 800W. I'm unsure if this is either too much or not enough power for my build.

Could anyone recommend me a PSU that is relatively quiet and can run the PC?

Thanks in advance.

  1. Don't get CM.
    Get Antec/Seasonic/Corsair/Rosewill.

I use Seasonic X760, the fan doesn't run till it reaches 380W.

Corsair TX 650 v2. 5yr warranty, built by Seasonic. Solid and cheap (in a good way)
  3. Awesome, saved me heaps of money as well, thanks.
