Bottleneck

I have a i5 2500k overclocked to 4.4ghz and a gtx 670 which I will be sli'ing My question is will the i5 bottlneck this GPU in sli if so should i upgrade to like a i7 3930k with the money I was putting to the other 670 and just sli in the future. I will be doing video editing and gaming at 1080p with hopefully 2 monitors one at 60Hz and the other will be at 85Hz that will be my primary gaming monitor.

Sorry no other posts are needed on this thread, after I did some research on google I will be going with the 670 and just waiting until haswell.
