Here it is: MB: ASUS P5B -> ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS PSU: Codegen 400W GPU: Radeon HD5670 (1GB ; GDDR5) CPU: Intel e4400 -> Intel G2020 RAM: 4GB DDR2 800Mhz -> 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz You have other offers? For that budget or slightly higher I would be a Intel Core i3-3220 and a HD7750. I know you said it was too much but the i3 is the lowest I would go.
