Second dvi port on 560 ti stopped working

I just installed a new cpu cooler and when I started my computer back up my second monitor wasn't working. It was detected in the nvidia control panel and my mouse even went over to it but the screen stayed black. If I switch the plugs around the second monitor comes on but the first doesn't. This leads me to believe that the second dvi port has gone out. Is that what it is? Can I do anything about it?

Oh and for some reason in the nvidia control panel says the second monitor is using a vga connection. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/195/monitorf.jpg/
