-CPU Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor
-VGA Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
-CASE COOLERMASTER RC-K350-KWN2-EN Elite Knight 350
-RAM DDR3 8 GB/1600 CORSAIR Vengeance

I really could use some help about which PSU,MOBO,HDD should i get?

I have about 250 USD left for those parts.

This. Only other thing I'd recommend would be spending a little more on a Caviar Black over the Blue (it has a longer warranty and is faster): $100 from NCIX or Amazon, whichever you prefer.
