I recently upgraded my mobo from a KA7 to a KT7a-raid, and my processor. When I try to install my Hauppauge Wintv card win98 locks up at the "updating system setting" screen after it restarts. I've reinstalled EVERYTHING from a clean format 3 times and I get the same thing everytime. I've tried updated drivers for both mobo, wintv, video card you name it... same thing. different bios setting, same thing... different slots, same thing...
ANY advice would be appreciated, thanks.
