APU and Mobo graphics incompatibility

Hey, Im wanting to build a new budget computer. I picked out the A10-5800K and the FM2A55M-DGS both with integrated graphics.
I was wondering if the graphics in the APU and the Mobo can both be used at the same time?

Once you plug in the a10 it will over ride the integrated graphics and the integrated graphics are not meant to be used besides setting up the Apu's graphics

I believe the 'integrated' graphics on the board IS the graphics on the processor.
