Just cause 2 started lagging

Hello everyone, i was doing some benchmarks yesterday with fraps.
My results on just cause 2 looked like this:
Min 44/ Max 154/ Avg 72
Today i started my computer and wanted to play some just cause 2 and guess what, i am getting only 10 fps no matter where i am or my details or resolution it just lags so hard.
Seriously what is wrong with this game one time it is working and then not.
What do you suggest me to do?
