Just cause 2 started lagging

Hello everyone, i was doing some benchmarks yesterday with fraps.
My results on just cause 2 looked like this:

Min 44/ Max 154/ Avg 72

Today i started my computer and wanted to play some just cause 2 and guess what, i am getting only 10 fps no matter where i am or my details or resolution it just lags so hard.
Seriously what is wrong with this game one time it is working and then not.
What do you suggest me to do?

Ok, i already fixed it.When i opened task managers and processess i noticed 2 same processess fahcore_a4.exe each was taking 49% CPU, after i stopped this process, my average fps is 70 again. Anyways, what is this process and will canceling it damage my computer?
