MSI gtx 560 drive help! Please!

So I built my PC. Everything is running normal including the card. But when I'm on, the card doesn't kick in, it's using the built in motherboard graphics. And then the drivers say incompatible hardware or something like that. Is it the motherboards fault? Please help..Thanks.

did you plug in the video card properly all the way?

you are not to use intergrated graphics. plug the monitor into the video card

530w psu
phenom ii x4 965 BE

Everythings working fine except the GPU. It IS plugged in. But it won't show up anywhere on my computer or on nvidias websites or drivers. Is the mobo the problem?

is the video card fans spinning? and have you tried plugging in your monitor to the video card?

Yeah it's spinning. And yes I have. I don't see what's wrong.

can you try installing the drivers from the dvd that came with video card and try to see if it works

Yep. Says the same thing. No compatible hardware found.

can you try another pci-e slot?

Theres only one. If you were me would you just send back the mobo?

its probably your video card and not the motherboard.

do you have another system to test that out?

Yeah, I can test it out, but it'll be like tomorrow afternoon. I mean, I know you don't owe me but do you think you can maybe check back on this thread tomorrow for me? Really appreciate your help man.
