Will i get bottlenecked???

I am going to pair a gtx 560 ti or non-ti (i havent decided yet) with an AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor
Will i get any sort of bottleneck ?

4gb ddr3 ram
ASRock N68-S3 UCC
1366x768
550 w psu

That CPU is not a good match for a 560. If you could upgrade to a Phenom II x4 or something like that you would have a much better machine

A faster CPU would be a better pairing, but at such a low resolution I doubt you'll see too many problems, but it'll depend on the games youre playing, some are heavily dependant on CPU power, others are not.

At that resolution, CPU will matter more than GPU :\
