Unkown device for aspire one D257 driver download

Hello,all my usb ports aint working,but there is this unkown device driver that has failed to install on several oocassion nomatter what i have done.i have tried all the online solutions but all have not worked at all.my machine is Aspire one D257,32 bit,win 7.Help!!!

have you tried installing the intel chipset driver from here for windows 7??
