L Inspiron 546? I am getting an new of in 2 months but I might need this for the meantime. I want San Andreas to run better. Ty guys

That card should run fine in that system. It's a low end low power use card.

I wouldn't use that card. It's very weak and not suitable for games at all. I'd suggest looking at HD 6670 at the very least.

i will only keep it for 2 months i just want to max out san andreas.

Ok, i currently have Radeon 3200 i will be playing at 1366x768.

here are my current settings:
Draw Distance: 30%
AA/AF: Off/Off
FX Quality: Low (No grass effect)
Res: 1366x768 - 32
Average fps: 30-40

I hope to max this at about 40fps.

I think you have a misunderstanding what "max out" a game is.

It's when you play at your highest resolution with all options set to their top setting, AA/AF at 8x or higher, textures on Ultra, full water effects, things like that.

What you are running is on "low" settings. 30-40 fps for a game like GTA is perfectly playable. You should be able to do a bit better using the 6450 but it's a bit of a waste of money if you are already playing at 30+ fps.
