Where to Buy a Discontinued Card

I'm trying to find a GTX 295 for less than 210$ but the only place is on EVGA for 300$.

1) I don't care about DX11, please DON'T TALK ABOUT DX11.
2) It beats almost all the 500 series card and still matches up to the 600 series cards' I have done my research and the only way it lost was because Nvidia bribes sites that blog on video cards to write an un-true review for people to buy their newer more expensive cards.
3) Today is my birthday, it was also payday yesterday.
4) I've looked on Ebay and I can't get paypal to work otherwise I could have had one for 181$ right now.

I tried looking for a 480 also but holy sh** does that thing cost about 440$!? I'd rather have the gtx 295.

Also any ATI Card is out of the question, hell no.

I have a 6670 running..........my budget was just for a video card but now I guess I'm not upgrading at all..thanks for the help..
