What do u suggest for my gaming build

all that's left for my gaming build to be complete is the case and power supplier, and i know that the latter is a very important matter so i'm leaving it to you guys

my gaming build is:

cpu : i5-3550 (nor overclockable obviously)
mobo : ASRock Z75 pro ATX ( i guess this mobo supports overclocking so would be glad if you could suggest an other mobo that is cheaper and good for my build )
gpu : msi r6950 twin frozr III
memory: corsair vengeance 1600 mhz 2x4GB
storage : HDD 500gb

I'd go for a PSU around 500W from Corsair, Seasonic, Antec etc.

Any planned upgrades?

for the gpu, i already have the r6950, kinda long story but it's a gift
for the cpu, the 3550 fits my budget especially when i was told that K cpus need mother boards that supports OC and they are more expensive
i live in algeria and the parts are kinda hard to get and are a bit expensive, i'm not opting for ultra graphic games so i'm okay with my build, i just want to have a safe PSU and a good looking case
my budget for the two ( psu and case) is "preferably " 100$, if it's not possible i can spend more but i wouldn't prefer that
