How to reset acer one laptop to factory settings when stuck on starting service

i try ed resetting my laptop to factory setting and got stuck on the set up and it keeps restarting it when i get into the start up page is there anyway to reset from the boot menu .. my email is marcisme@live.com or you can call me anytime day or night 978 833 475

do not put e-mail and phone number on post edit and erase them,look you user manual for resetting to factory process
