CPU: i5 3570k

GPU: Radeon 7850/7870 depending what you have left

MOBO: GA-Z77-D3H/ Asrock z77 extreme 3 up to you

However I wouldn't buy a powercolour and the GPU you have picked is last years tech.

Here powercolor 6970 2GB And Sapphire 2GB 7850 are at same price i.e. 260$ (approx). and i thought 6970>7850.
And i dont want to overclock plus it will increase the budget also by Rs.4000/ 70$.

Ignore spat55, obviously he can't read.

Your choices are good, and yes your correct 6970 is faster than 7850.
