Hello, I have to purchase a new budget gaming computer in India. I have thoughts of various parts to include in this build. Please i want to know this build willl work or not? Below i have given the price at which parts are available in Indian rupees + converted @us dollar.

Approximate Purchase Date: October.

Location: New Delhi, India

Budget Range: Rs 50000 - Rs 55000/ 910$ -1000$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Dota 2,Civilization V, Fortnite(2013), surfing the internet, watching movies, conversion.

AS You can see this is exceeding my budget And i want to add OCZ Agility 3 60 gb also as a boot drive but i think i have to drop the idea to next year.
Please I wanna know this build will work or not And please suggest more proper parts if u can like asus/asrock mobo , corsair 400r cab , etc.

Here powercolor 6970 2GB And Sapphire 2GB 7850 are at same price i.e. 260$ (approx). and i thought 6970>7850.
And i dont want to overclock plus it will increase the budget also by Rs.4000/ 70$.
