Kernal 41 error

New build, Gigabyte GA-F2A85X-D3H, A10-5800, Corsair Vengeance 8 g 1600, WD Black Drive, Asus DVD, RoseWill 630 PS. Did clean install of Win 8 Pro. computer shuts down randomly now error, bsod's etc System log only shows kernal 41 error. Installed a clean copy of Windows 7 Pro, still happens although less frequently. All drivers updated. CPU-z shows core voltage at .888, with spikes to 1.464. Any ideas?
