Both my mic and headset are not working

my mic and earphones are not working,what do i do now pls

Maybe, you plugged the jacks the other way round?
try them the other way round..... also check and see if the Audio device is setup correctly in windows and see if it is enabled in the BIOS.
Test out the Headset and mic on another rig to confirm they are working.
