First thing first, i am NOT going to overclock anything. Second of all, i've had this computer for ~3 months now.

Computer as it is now:

Corsair HX850
Intel Core i5-3570K
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW+ w/Backplate 4GB
ASUS P8Z77-V PRO LGA 1155 Intel Z77 ATX Intel Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 15000)
Samsung 830 Series 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC SSD
Western Digital WD Black1TB 7200 RPM HDD
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS 24X DVD Burner
1 200mm Case fan
1 140mm CPU Fan
3 120mm Case fan

Planning to add:

Another EVGA GeForce GTX 680 FTW+ w/Backplate 4GB for SLI
An Asus Xonar Essence STX Sound Card
1 more 140mm Case fan
1 more 140mm CPU Fan
1 more 200mm Case fan

Also, will i require watercooling, or will the fans suffice? Remember i don't plan on overclocking anything.

Right now my CPU is ~34 degrees with only a few programs running like Steam, but nothing intensive at all. The CPU fan is
at 100%.

Right now the GPU is at ~34 degrees with the fan at 44%.

If you need any more information from me that i have overlooked please ask. Thank you for any help :) .

Yes, that psu is of high quality and it will do for all that stuff, you won't reach ~750w load.

For a system using two GeForce GTX 680 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 750 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 53 Amps or greater and that has at least four 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors or two 6-pin and two 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors depending on brand and model of the graphics card.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated @ 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most important factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

The Corsair HX Series HX850 (SKU# CP-9020032-NA / CMPSU-850HX), with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 70 Amps and with six (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with two GeForce GTX 680 graphics cards in 2-way SLI mode. There is more than enough spare capacity to handle the sound card, extra cooling fans and liquid cooling loop(s).
