Phenom 9560 heat

Hi all, my old Phenom 9650 temps have been strange lately. It has been running 48-50 degrees idle and maxing 52 under load. Now i was thinking if it was overheating or something the load temps will be alot higher? Hope someone can help, thanks.

How long has it been since you changed your thermal interface material (TIM) between CPU and cooler? It is probably not working well if it has been several years.
