What is the difference/ better 7870 card

Look at the clock speeds, the Gigabyte has highest clock and is cheapest! In that price range I would get this HD7950 though http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127667

I would go with the MSI just because it is cheaper after rebate.
