Will the CPU and the GPU bottleneck ?

    I would be confident that that i3 will not bottleneck the 660Ti. Having said that, strategy games with many things happening on screen and BF3 multiplayer like 4 cores, HOWEVER, my mate has an i3 with a GTX 670 and its a great machine.
  2. I would suggest an i5-3470 and a GTX 660 would be a bit better balanced. Not as fast in some games, but better in BF3 multiplayer, Civ 5, WoW and other multi-core games
  3. The GTX 660 bottlenecks itself so I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

    Do i need a cooler with i5 3470 ?

    you cant really overclock an i5-34xx. up to 4 bins, but not enough to matter for cooling
